Located at Jesselton Quay, this project  introduces a playful and vibrant "Lego House" concept tailored for group and solo travelers. The design utilizes a bold, primary color palette and modular-inspired elements to create a dynamic living environment that caters to a target market of 2 to 4 persons. Key features include distinctively themed areas such as a living space and two uniquely styled bedrooms that maximize the 522 sq. ft. layout. By blending creative aesthetics with practical amenities like integrated cabinetry and comfortable lounging zones, the project offers a memorable and high-energy stay that stands out in the short-term rental market.
