This project showcases a comprehensive design vision through detailed artist impressions of both its exterior architecture and refined interior spaces for Opal Sky. The proposed development features ten units of double-storey terrace houses in the Lambir Land District, Miri, Sarawak, characterized by a functional layout that includes a spacious car porch, open-plan living and dining areas, and multiple bedrooms designed for modern family living. The interior aesthetic emphasizes a contemporary minimalist approach, utilizing a sophisticated palette of neutral tones, warm wood textures, and fluted wall paneling. Key design highlights include a sleek living area with integrated shelving and ambient lighting, a dining space furnished with elegant cane-back chairs, and a master bedroom that exudes luxury through layered textiles and strategic architectural details.
